3. How to Submit a Takedown Request

To report content for removal, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

• Your contact information: Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the content: A clear description of the content you believe should be removed, including the specific URL(s) where the content is located
• Basis for removal: A statement explaining why the content should be removed (e.g., copyright infringement, privacy violation, etc.)
• Ownership or authorization: Evidence of your ownership of the rights being infringed, or proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law
• Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid takedown request, Spring Money will:

1. Acknowledge receipt: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days
2. Review the request: We will review the request for completeness and validity
3. Investigate: We will investigate the claim and may contact you for additional information if needed
4. Take action: If the request is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content, typically within 7-14 business days
5. Notify affected parties: We may notify the user who posted the content about the removal and provide them with information about how to file a counter-notice

6. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
• Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files legal action.

7. Repeat Infringers

Spring Money maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our Terms of Service or submit false takedown requests.

8. False Claims

Submitting a false or fraudulent takedown request may result in liability. Under applicable laws, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that content infringes your rights. Please ensure that your takedown request is accurate and made in good faith.
